on the start screen with no chat selected only the roster header (top left) is draggable

expected:

the window can be dragged by any empty space in the header, like a native title bar
the chat header is draggable everywhere except buttons and clickable elements
on the start screen the empty right side header (at least) is draggable too

actual:

dragging works only on thin strips around elements
the chat header middle doesn’t respond
on the start screen only the roster header works

notes:

The window drags by the whole of the header bars (#27: "the window can only be dragged by thin strips along the outlines of header elements ... the large empty part of the chat header, next to the contact name, doesn't drag at all. On the start screen with no chat selected only the roster header is draggable"): the chat header's contact button and the list's account button each take their whole row up to the tools (the user's 2026-10-12 asks to click them along the full width), and window-drag.ts treated every press on a button as the button's, so only the header padding around them moved the window; and the empty chat pane's bar was shown only where the page draws the title bar, never under macOS's overlay. Both buttons are marked data-window-drag-through now: a press on them that moves past the threshold drags the window like the bar around them, a press that does not stays their click (contact info, account menu), the click that may follow a drag is dropped (a keyboard's click never), a control inside them is still a control, and a double-click there stays theirs rather than the title bar's; --csd-bar is on under the overlay too, so the start screen's right side has its bar to drag by on macOS as on Linux. window-frame.test.ts drives the real chat header, account button and empty pane through the drag listeners with a fake shell (drag from the name, plain click still opens, tools never drag, macOS empty-pane bar drags); the changelog names it.

The contact button and the account button span the whole header, so a press almost anywhere landed on a button rather than the drag area. Pressing and moving now drags the window from them too, while a plain click still opens contact info or the account menu. On macOS the empty chat pane also has a bar to drag by.
